Children's Liturgy of the Word

December 1, 2024Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be held the first and third Sundays of each month, except for holidays. After the opening prayer, children ages 5-9 (K-2nd grade) will be escorted to the conference room area for a special Liturgy of the Word. They will hear the mass readings from a simpler source and an interactive reflection on the Word. During the offertory song, they will return to their families in the church for the remainder of the mass. Parents and older children are invited to join us as well. Volunteers are also needed to help with this important ministry. Please contact the faith formation office for more info on the program or on how you can help.
